Warranty & Returns

We apply the statutory return and warranty conditions. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Specially ordered or custom-made items are excluded from return. The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the purchase amount, excluding the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days.

All products are covered by a statutory warranty period of 2 years, ensuring that the item meets the reasonable expectations of the customer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects that were already present at the time of purchase. Normal wear and tear, improper use, or intentional damage are not covered by the warranty. If an item is defective or damaged, a complaint can be submitted within 2 years of receipt. For used goods, a shorter warranty period may apply.
