NOELiner Structural Adhesive is intended exclusively for bonding various concrete texture mats onto permanently non-absorbent (non-breathable) surfaces, such as pretreated or galvanized steel, plastics, or painted surfaces.
Untreated metal must be pretreated with an anti-corrosion coating.
