Delivery & Collection

Orders placed before 14:00 are generally delivered on the next working day, provided the items are in stock. In some cases, different delivery times may apply for:

• Orders with more than 10 order lines
• Orders with a total order value exceeding €4,000
• Export orders or international shipments
• Products that require additional inspection or coordination after ordering

You can choose to have your order delivered or collect it from us by appointment.

Shipping costs Netherlands (excluding VAT):
Freight costs 1 parcel (up to €100,- order value incl. small order surcharge): €14.95
Freight costs 1 parcel (over €100,- order value): €12.50
Freight costs 2 parcels: €17.90
Freight costs 3 parcels: €25.49
Pallet freight: On subsequent calculation
Orders from €495,-: Free delivery (no shipping costs)

Shipping costs Belgium & Germany (excluding VAT):
1 parcel (BE1/DE1): €17.50
2 parcels (BE2/DE2): €27.50
3 parcels (BE3/DE3): €37.50
4 parcels (BE4/DE4): €47.50
Pallet freight or larger shipments: On subsequent calculation

Other countries
For deliveries to other European countries, shipping costs will be calculated afterwards.

Collection at DG Rubber Holland
Collection is possible by appointment during office hours:
Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00

Please note: The collection time must be requested at least 3 hours in advance (during office hours) so that we can prepare your order in time.
